XpNail offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site, purchasing "Instant Nail Polish" strips, or subscribing to our plans (e.g., Valentine 1-Year Subscription), you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

  • Product Nature: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (Instant Nail Polish strips). We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Availability: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

  • Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Recurring Billing: By purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at support@xpnail.com. 

  • Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it.

     

5. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Timeline: USA about 5-12 working days.
    For rest of the countries will be 7-14 working days

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of XpNail or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The "Instant Nail Polish" technology and "Surface Integrity Tech™" are proprietary to XpNail. 8. USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
